Method for Managing the Integrated Loyalty Program Using Explorer Bar on the Internet Shopping Mall

PURPOSE: A method for managing an integrated mileage using an explorer bar on the internet is provided to allow a user to obtain the mileage(point) via the application program installed in his/her web browser without the need for continuous visit to the web site that offers the mileage, and to enable the mileage to be used with a discount favor when a product in various shopping malls is bought. CONSTITUTION: A user becomes a member(S101), and downloads a program from a web server to install it in his/her computer(S102). During the install of the program, an icon for controlling a service program is created in a control box area of the web browser(S103). If the icon is clicked(S104), the explorer bar is executed(S105), and then the user is identified via a login procedure(S106). A mileage managing tool is given to the authenticated user(S107). When the user selects a point receiving menu at the tool via the explorer bar(S108), the user can obtain the mileage(S109). If the user selects a point using menu(S110), the user can take the discount favor in buy of a product in a chained shopping mall based on the obtained mileage(S111).
