PURPOSE: Green signal flashers for indicating U-turn of a vehicle and passengers' getting-on/off due to the door opening of a vehicle by turning on/off green lamps and green lights is provided to easily distinguish the driving states of a vehicle from right or left turning of a vehicle, thereby preventing the traffic jam or accidents. CONSTITUTION: Green signal flashers for indicating U-turn of a vehicle and passengers' getting-on/off due to the door opening of a vehicle by blinking green lamps and green lights includes a plurality of green lamps and green lights mounted at front, rear and both sides surfaces of a vehicle as necessary, wherein the green lamp and the green light mounted in the right side of a driver blink to indicate U-turn of a vehicle differently from the yellow lamp and light blinking in case of left-turn of a vehicle, and the green lamp and the green light mounted in the left side blink to indicate that passengers are to get on or off differently from the yellow lamp and light blinking in case of right-turn of a vehicle, thereby easily informing drivers of adjacent vehicles of an intended U-turn or opening of a vehicle door.
