CONSTITUTION: An artificial intelligence electric fan includes an illuminance sensing unit(111) sensing the circumferential illuminance for outputting a signal; a temperature sensing unit(112) sensing the circumferential temperature for outputting; a control part(300) outputting a control signal to automatically control the velocity of the wind for a predetermined time according to the level of the circumferential illuminance and the temperature calculated based on the output signals of the illuminance sensing unit and the temperature sensing unit, and data preliminarily stored in a memory; a wind velocity control unit(411) controlling the rotary velocity of a motor according to the control signal of the control unit; a voice output part(431) outputting the data of the control unit as a voice; and a wind direction control part(412) controlling the direction of the wind by changing a mechanism according to the output signal of the control unit.
