PURPOSE: A submerged arc single groove welder is provided to save the cost with an easy welding and high quality. CONSTITUTION: A submerged arc single groove welder comprises a preceding welding head(10) in a single pole method, a following welding head(20) in a twin pole method, wire supporters(41,42,43), a wire supplier(50) and a carriage(60). The wire supporters mount three welding wires(31,32,33) wound on a plastic case in spool shape and the wire supplier supplies one welding wire to the preceding welding head and two welding wires to the following welding head. The carriage is moved to a driving wheel(62) by the guide of a guide roller(61) with all welding equipments, containing a handle(63) for a manual drive.
