PROCESS FOR PRODUCING FLOOR MATERIAL HAVING NATURAL WOOD VENEER LAYER

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing floor material having a natural wood veneer layer which has a heat deformation resistance, natural texture and design of the natural veneer. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: impregnating the natural wood veneer with a treating agent consisting of a melamine resin, a modified-urethane resin, polysiloxane, an amine resin, an acryl resin, and aqueous and/or oil solvent; laminating the natural wood veneer layer(20) on the surface of a reinforcing layer(30) at 20-25deg.C under 75-100 kg/cm¬3 for more than 2 minutes; laminating a PVC sheet(40) under the reinforcing layer(30).
