APPARATUS FOR CHECKING AND AUTO-COMPENSATING STATE OF IRON ORE WEIGHING HOPPER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for checking and auto-compensating state of weighing hopper is suggested to check the state of weighing hopper in furnace raw material system installation and automatically compensate deviations. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus used to checking and auto-compensating the weighing hopper for iron ore has a certain form of beam ahead from multiple weighing hoppers and a cylinder (13) having a vertical cylinder rod and laterally moving along the beam. A plurality of electromagnets (11a, 11b, 11c, 11d) are fixed lengthwise to such cylinder rod. Such electromagnets are engaged with several weights having grooves. The apparatus has a control part (25) to enable checking function and auto-compensation based on instruction by operator. Finally, a weighing controller (26) provides compensation values against corresponding weight.
