PURPOSE: A method for managing and operating various contents in personal and company homepages in a remote place is provided to carry out the function of a hub exchanging information between information providers and netizens and to offer customized contents information to netizens and the opportunity of public relations to information providers. CONSTITUTION: A homepage toy program is composed of a contents management program part(2), a homepage toy conversion part(3), a real-time transmission and usage frequency recording part(4) and a probability instant drawing type banner advertising program part(5). The homepage toy program executes the function of a hub exchanging information between contents information providers(1) and users so that the opportunity of public relations for customized contents can be provided to contents users(6).
