PURPOSE: A multi-stepped grouting apparatus using fiberglass reinforced polyester injection pipes is provided, in which the FRP injection pipes are easy to process to cut or perforate holes and have superior attachment strength of grout, thereby maintaining a stress-center of the grout and the quality of the grouting. CONSTITUTION: A multi-stepped grouting apparatus includes a plurality of hollow injection pipes having a plurality of spouting holes(12) formed radially on a wall surface of the pipes in a longitudinal direction immediate below spacers or by a predetermined distance, some of the pipes being formed with male screws on both end parts of an outer periphery, a coupler for connecting the plurality of injection pipes, the ring type spacers(11) inserted outside the injection pipes, being formed integrally with the injection pipes or as joints to be assembled with the injection pipes, a rubber ring or a rubber band for opening and closing injection holes, an injection hose inserted in the injection pipes for injecting grout, a packer(4) connected to the injection hose and including a tube for opening and closing insides of the injection pipes by retracting or expanding by compressed air, and two rings for protecting the tube and preventing counterflow of the grout, and sealing tube part, of which a long sealing tube(71) is extended to a front end of a perforated hole and a short sealing tube(72) is located at an inlet of the perforated hole.
