PURPOSE: Rope-skipping exercise instrument is provided which includes a rotating substance, a connection ring and a rope insertion ring so that it figures out problems that rope is hanged from a grip in rotating. CONSTITUTION: The rope-skipping exercise instrument comprises the parts of: multiple acupressure plates(2)(6) which are formed at the rear edge and the outer circumference of a grip(1); a rotating substance(13) which is bound by a cap(9) with a screw included; a string insertion ring(16) which is inserted into a hole for connecting a ring of the rotating substance to bind with the connection ring(17); and an adjusting ring(26) which is inserted into the string insertion ring.
