摘要

PURPOSE: A preparation method for producing high strength concrete is provided for increasing tensile strength and shear stress of product by utilizing high flexibility rubber and synthetic fiber materials coated with the rubber. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing high strength concrete with a specified fiber material consisting of high tensile strength synthetic fiber and high flexibility rubber comprises an applying process to spread the rubber onto the synthetic fiber and a cutting process to cut the obtained fiber in desired length ranged of 2-5cm. The sized fiber is blended with the concrete material as a major component of the product. The product effects to raise uniformed strength of concrete, minimize tangle condition of fiber by high flexibility rubber and embody lightweight concrete because of reduced absolute specific gravity compared with known concrete product.
