PRODUCTION OF COMPOSITE SOAP CONTAINING MONOGLYCERIDE SULFONATE

PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled soap containing mono gylceride sulfonate having excellent detergency and moisturizing power obtained by adding a chloro hydroxy sulfonic acid salt to liquid soap starting from fatty acid in a process for producing soap and providing a specified reaction condition is provided, which manufactures composite soap superior or equal to a conventional liquid soap solution using a multistage method in quality in a simple manner and economically. CONSTITUTION: The composite soap is prepared by a process consisting of: preparing fatty acid-based liquid soap by adding an electrolyte and neutralizing agent to fatty acids; preparing mixed liquid soap by adding chloro hydroxy sulfonic acid salt to the liquid soap and agitating; and preparing soap with a conventional manufacturing apparatus, wherein the chloro hydroxy sulfonic acid salt is contained in an amount of 1 to 12% by weight in the mixed liquid soap.
