Method for Manufacturing of Fire-Goods Utilized with Sea Clay

PURPOSE: A marine clay based brick is provided to recycle resources and furthermore to contribute to comfortable environment, by using marine clay in building construction. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of bricks and the likes such as paving bricks and tiles, using marine clay is characterized by using marine clay as a major raw material, and accomplished by general process comprising a series of crushing or grinding, measuring, mixing, forming, drying and calcining steps. The marine clay is generally waste soil generated at excavation work in building construction fields. In order to provide colors to the brick, new fresh clay or white kaolin can be added to the composition. Alternatively, other industrial wastes such as waste gypsum are also added to the composition.
