NEW MATERIAL CAPABLE OF REPLACING P.V.C BY USING THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC RUBBER AND ELIMINATING DIOXIN AND HEAVY METAL COMPONENTS AS ENVIRONMENTAL HORMONE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: Provided is a new material capable of replacing P.V.C by using thermoplastic synthetic rubber and eliminating dioxin and heavy metal components as environmental hormone material. CONSTITUTION: The new material is produced by a process comprising the steps of: pulverizing the thermoplastic synthetic rubber comprising styrene, butadiene, and ethylene; dispersing and pulverizing the polymer at 35C for 10 minutes; adding an anti-scratch agent and various additives to the dispersed polymer and dispersing at 110C for 15 minutes; extruding the dispersed mixture at 120C under a pressure of 40 KGS; cooling the extruded mixture at an ordinary temperature.
