PURPOSE: A system for synthetically controlling real-time atmospheric exhaust facilities using the internet is provided to reduce the expenses without installing a meteorological tower by transmitting real-time weather data using the internet and inputting to a modeling, and to perform a contributed density analysis of a rimland with regard to an output of a pollutant at present by inputting data on gas elimination to a model in real time. CONSTITUTION: A tele metering system comprises an oxygen measuring device, a dust measuring device, a sulfur oxides measuring device, a nitrogen oxide measuring device, a carbon monoxide measuring device, a flow rate measuring device, a thermometer measuring device and a data logger. An automatic weather observation station is composed of a solar radiation sensor, a solar radiation measuring device, a wind measuring device, a thermometer/humidity measuring device and an atmospheric pressure measuring device. An atmospheric diffusion model uses data on a volume of discharging pollutant transmitted from a modem of the tele metering system per 10 minutes as input data on discharging origin of a modeling, processes weather data transmitted from an internet real-time weather data transmitting system per 10 minutes using a collector/analyser and a transformer. The atmospheric diffusion model provides the data for analyzing a degree of chimney discharge pollutant influenced on the marginal area.
