PURPOSE: An edge dam of a twin roller type sheet casting apparatus and an edge dam cassette exchange device are provided to conveniently and quickly exchange an edge dam mounted at both ends of twin rollers and an edge dam cassette receiving the edge dam. CONSTITUTION: An edge dam of a twin roller type sheet casting apparatus and an edge dam cassette exchange device include a first exchange part (10) and a second exchange part (30). The first exchange part has a plurality of guide pipes (11) vertically mounted at the upper surface of an upper frame (3), a lifting frame (13) assembled to the guide pipe in a vertically movable manner and having a motor member (14) generating a rotational driving force, and a plurality of screw jacks (12) connected to the lifting frame through the motor member and universal joints (16a,16b), thereby actuating vertically the lifting frame having an edge dam cassette (9) mounted at the lower surface. The second exchange part has a guide rail frame (31) fixed on the lifting frame and having a guide hole (32), a guide member (33) moving along the guide hole, a cylinder member (34) lifting a holder (35) connected to the guide member, thereby exchanging an edge dam (8).
