PURPOSE: A trapped air removing method is provided to improve the quality of a tire by removing the trapped air with a vacuum system and to save costs by saving curing time. CONSTITUTION: In a bead process upon producing a tire, a vacuum system is connected to the trapped air section of a belt part or a cord part of a half-finished tire upon a coating process. The remaining trapped air generated at the belt part or the cord part is removed by using the vacuum system during the coating process. Accordingly, costs to produce a tire are saved by saving curing time and the quality of the tire is improved. In addition, an accident caused by the existence of the trapped air is prevented during travel.
