PURPOSE: A measuring method for a radioactive exposure dose is provided to rapidly and accurately predict the radioactive exposure dose using a micronucleus assay. CONSTITUTION: To measure a radioactive exposure dose in a body, lymphocytes separated from blood is cultured and micronuclei are generated in the lymphocytes. The micronuclei are increased in case of a radioactive exposure. In accordance with the correlation, the radioactive exposure dose is measured by calculating the number of micronuclei in the lymphocytes of peripheral blood vessels. Therefore, the micronucleus assay is more efficient than a chrommsome aberation.
