PURPOSE: Provided is a chloroprene rubber adhesive which has improved bond strength and strength and flexibility of such are easily adjustable through graft copolymerization of hard monomers and soft monomers of chloroprene rubber resins. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a chloroprene rubber adhesive comprises the steps of dissolving the chloroprene rubber in 6 wt.% to 18 wt.% of an organic solvent; adding 0.1 wt.% to 1.5 wt.% of the mixture containing 55 wt% to 95 wt.% of hard monomers with a glass transition temperature of 100 deg.C to 105 deg.C, and 5 wt.% to 45 wt.% of soft monomers with a glass transition temperature of -22 deg.C to -85 deg.C, into the chloroprene rubber solution; graft copolymerizing chloroprene rubber solution with 0.05 wt.% to 5 wt.% of polymerization initiator at 50 deg.C to 90 deg.C; and, adding a polymerization inhibitor and an adhesive agent resin.
