PURPOSE: Provided is a blend type chloroprene rubber adhesive having improved bond strength and easily adjustable strength and flexibility, which is accomplished by graft copolymerizing chloroprene rubber by hard monomers and soft monomers respectively and blending with the two graft copolymerized monomers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a chloroprene rubber adhesive comprises the steps of dissolving the chloroprene rubber into 6 wt.% to 18 wt.% of an organic solvent; preparing a hard graft polymer having a glass transition temperature of 100 deg.C to 105 deg.C, and a soft graft polymer having a glass transition temperature of -22 deg.C to -85 deg.C, by mixing each monomer in an amount of 0.1 wt.% to 1.5 wt.% of the total chloroprene rubber with the chloroprene rubber, and a polymerization initiator in an amount of 0.5 wt.% to 5 wt.% of the total monomers employed, respectively; blending the hard graft polymer and the soft graft polymer with a commercial graft copolymer.
