DIVERSITY ANTENNA FOR A DIVERSITY ANTENNA SYSTEM IN A MOTOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A diversity antenna for diversity antenna system in motor vehicle is provided to attain the improvement of receiving performance, the reduction of costs, and the simplification of wiring without using any amplifier in a diversity antenna arranged on the rear window glass of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A low resistance connecting conductor(12a) whose minimum length is about /10 is arranged at each edge part of a uniform conductive part(1) formed on a glass. An antenna connecting point(5) is formed at one side of a pair of terminals of the low resistance connecting conductor(12a). An impedance connecting part(8) having an adjacent vehicle grounding point(11) is formed at the other terminal. Also, a connected network(4) is connected to the antenna connecting part(5), and an electronic controllable impedance network(6) is connected to the impedance connecting part(8). Thus, the impedance value of the impedance network(6) is adjusted, so that an output can be extracted from the connected network(6).
