Plate struecture for Multistage style Dehydration Bake and Pre Bake of LCD Glass

PURPOSE: A multistage dewatering bake and a plate structure for a prebake are provided to enable a glass to adsorb on and to detach from a plate surface without a slippage by making several supporting projection parts on a plate surface with regular intervals and regular sizes. CONSTITUTION: An adsorption hole(12), an adsorption releasing hole(13), and several holes(11) for fixing a pusher pin(30) are formed on a plate(10). A supporting projection part(10A) is also made on a plate surface with regular intervals and regular sizes. The adsorption hole(12) and the adsorption releasing hole(13) are connected with a vacuum adsorption line and a vacuum release line respectively. The supporting projection part(10A) has a dimple structure with a concavity unit and a convex unit.
