PURPOSE: A method and system for publicizing congratulation contents, preventing duplication of wanted present and intermediating present information in a computer network system are provided to reduce time for announcing to many persons by providing a space in the internet and send mails to many persons through the space. CONSTITUTION: A user1 decides an item to be congratulated using a computer, and inputs information in accordance with the item to a sever computer through a network. The server computer stores the inputted information by the user1 in the first database. The server computer sends a letter of invitation in a mail address written in a mailing list. A user2 receiving the letter of invitation is directly connected to a congratulation room of the user1 being connected to the letter of invitation. A user3 visited the site without the letter of invitation identifies a visiting site related the user3 and connects to the congratulation room using a searching item. The user2 and user3 select a present and inform a sending of the present or a promise that a cost for the present will be sent. The server collects the present information of sellers and sends a mails to the user1, the user2 and the user3. The user1, the user2 and the user3 select a present from the mail and pay the cost in on-line. A manager of the server sells one's product using the information, or receives a commission from a seller as a cost for using a store possessed by the seller.
