PURPOSE: A remote supervisory and a control device for building up an intelligent building system using a power line is provided, which use electric power line without using an extra communication line. CONSTITUTION: The remote supervisory and a control device for building up an intelligent building system using a power line is characterized by being comprised of: a channel transferred information and a signal; a power line modem modulating and demodulating the signal transferred from the channel; a repeater amplifying the signal transferred from the channel; a load tranducer measuring the energy load of the each part inside the building; and a part for monitoring and controlling each devices.
