摘要
PURPOSE: This invention relates to an advanced wastewater treatment using a hollow fiber membrane filter and ultrasonic wave. The key points of this invention are a method and an apparatus for micro-mixing high-concentration wastewater such landfill leachate, livestock wastewater, dyeing wastewater, leather tanning wastewater, pulp/paper wastewater, and petrochemical wastewater using 20,000-40,000Hz of ultrasonic wave which is capable of separating dissolved/hydrated organics, heavy metal complexion, radical, electron, and anion from hydration zone. The separated species are then filtered by using a hollow fiber membrane filter. Therefore this invention is effective in denitrification, dephosphorization, color/odor control, and the elimination of COD, BOD, SS. CONSTITUTION: While bubbling anion/ozone bearing radical and electron generated by a high density plasma generator into wastewater, ultrasonic wave ranging from 20,000 to 40,000Hz is irradiated into wastewater. Numerous cavities formed at the place where ultrasonic irradiation is week are destroyed at the place where ultrasonic irradiation is strong. At the moment, O-H bonds of water molecule is destroyed so that an oxygen radical (O·) and two hydroxy radicals (OH·) are formed, a pair of OH radicals form hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and then hydrogen peroxide is decomposed into H2O and O2. Through the mechanism, the radical (OH·) and atomic oxygen are micro-mixed by ultrasonic wave, thereby separating dissolved/hydrated organics, heavy metal complexion, radical, electron, and anion from hydration zone.
