DISPLAY OF QUALITY OF FROZEN BOVINE SEMEN

PURPOSE: A display showing the quality of frozen bovine semen according to the preserving conditions is provided to effectively manage the distribution channel thereof and to increase artificial insemination rate. CONSTITUTION: A canister for storing frozen semen comprises a first ampule(120) containing a first reagent dissolved at a temperature of -170 to -150deg.C, a second ampule(130) containing a second reagent dissolved at a temperature of -110 to -90deg.C, and a third ampule(140) containing a third reagent dissolved at a temperature of -45 to -25deg.C. The first reagent is green isopentan. The yellow second reagent is selected among nitroethane, heptane, n-propyl acetate, 2-nitropropane, cyclopentane, ethylbenzene, hexane, acetone, toluene, cumene, methanol, methyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, cyclohexane, isooctane, 1-nitropropane, ethanol, ethyl ether, isoamyl alcohol. The red third reagent is selected among dimethyl sulphate, 1,3-dichlorobenzene, xylene, bromobenzene, m-Toluidine, dipropyl ketone, thiopen, methyl cyanide, pyridine, cyclohexyl chloride, chlorobenzene, ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, glycerol.
