- Coupling Structure for SMA Connector -NRD Guide

PURPOSE: An SMA connector-NRD guide coupled structure is provided to suppress an undesired mode and allow a circuit with respect to a high frequency by connecting an NRD guide and an SMA connector in a bridge form by a feed line, distinguishing an NRD guide, and mounting a mode suppressor between them. CONSTITUTION: A micro wave and a millimeter wave are inputted to an SMA connector(4), and are fed to an NRD guide(3). An electric wave is inputted by the SMA connector. The electric wave is propagated along a feed line(5). The feed line(5) connects the SMA connector and the NRD guide(3). The propagated electric wave is inserted within the NRD guide line(3) and fed. The fed electric wave is radiated along the NRD guide(3) and a rod antenna(7). A diameter of the feed line is controlled so as to control a wanted frequency. The NRD guide is separated and a mode suppressor is inserted into a middle portion of the separated NRD guide. The electric wave of the micro wave and the millimeter wave band is capable of being coupled to an existing coaxial cable.
