PURPOSE: A supervisory method of satellite communication network for securing service quality of satellite communication is provided to supervise a satellite signal(carrier) continuously and then find out an illegal carrier or a carrier beyond the extent of permission, thereby protecting a satellite repeater and maintaining a stable satellite communication network. CONSTITUTION: In the supervisory method, the first step is to select the satellite signal(carrier) on downlink to be supervised and read information on the satellite signal previously stored as a supervising target. The second step is to calculate a correction value of the corresponding reception path by frequency and time in order to correct the frequency characteristic value(path characteristic value) generated from each reception path of the satellite signal of the supervisory target(203,205). The third step is to set the reference value of the satellite signal of the supervising target on the basis of the above information and the measurement environment of the satellite signal. The fourth step is to measure the satellite signal of the supervising target on the basis of the correction value under the set measurement environment of the satellite signal and inform a satellite signal beyond the reference value among the measured satellite signal of the supervising target(207).
