MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOW TAR CIGARETTES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of low tar cigarettes is provided to decompose poisonous materials(70%) such as nicotine and tar by using extract from leaves and stems of pine needles and pinus koraiensis needles including the essential amino acids. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: washing and drying of leaves and young stems of pine needle and pinus koraiensis needles; pressing to get sap(32.58wt.%) and cellulose(64.77wt.%); distilling sap to get 21.17wt.% of extract including eight essential amino acids. amino acids, lipids and natural organic acids; mixing 19wt.% of extract, 10wt.% of unsaturated fatty acid, 64wt.% of flowers of the fine, 6wt.% of honey and 1wt.% of others; adsorbing 0.02-0.02g of mixture per 1 filter of cigarette.
