TUNNEL PHENOMENON PREVENTING DEVICE OF ASSORTING MACHINE FOR AGRICULTURE

PURPOSE: A device for preventing a tunnel phenomenon of an assorting machine for agriculture is provided to smoothly cut and assort compost or livestock feed by forming a tunnel preventing part in a center upper part of the screw conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A power transmitting part is formed with a plurality of sprocket wheels and tension sprocket in a chain to rotate a couple of screw conveyors for mixing compost or feed. A fixing part includes a couple of fixing pieces having connecting holes in front and read sides for forming a main groove downward on a center upper side of the power transmitting part. A flange is fixed to a front fixing piece of the fixing part and an inserting projection(21) is formed in a front direction for inserting a first bush(23) into a cylinder-type fixing case. A connecting sprocket(30) is installed on a rear fixing piece between the fixing case and the front fixing piece, and is operated by connecting the sprocket wheels and the chain. A second bush(41) is inserted into a boss part(40) forward and backward between the connecting sprocket and the rear fixing piece. The boss part(40) has a friction preventing ring on a rear side. A propeller part(50) is placed on a center upper part of the couple of screw conveyors for preventing a tunnel phenomenon. A key groove(52) is formed to couple a rotary shaft(60) to the propeller part(50).
