摘要

PURPOSE: To solve various problems such as the generation of wrinkles and deterioration in vibrating characteristics caused in such a manner that, in the case a creep phenomenon is generated, by the elongation of a mask, a weighting which has been applied is relaxed and to prevent the increase of the creep speed in the case blackening is executed at high temperature for improving the magnetic properties in particular. CONSTITUTION: This Fe-Ni series alloy for a semitension mask has a composition containing, by mass, 34 to 45% Ni, 0.01 to 0.5% Mn, one or two or more kinds among Cu, Nb, Mo, W and Ta by 0.01 to 1.5% in total, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and has excellent creep characteristics.
