PLATELET-RICH PLASMA GEL FOR BONE GRAFT FOR HEALING SKELETON DEFICIENCY OF MAMMAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A platelet-rich plasma gel for bone graft and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the ability of bone forming in the case of bone restoration, and to improve the biocompatibility thereof. CONSTITUTION: The platelet-rich plasma gel for bone graft for healing skeleton deficiency of a mammal comprises platelet concentrates(PC), bone powder, calcium chloride or calcium gluconic acid, and thrombin. After centrifuging the blood collected from the mammal, the obtained upper transparent blood plasma layer and buffy layer are again centrifuged to obtain the platelet concentrates liquid(first step). The bone powder is mixed with the platelet concentrates liquid(second step), and the calcium chloride or calcium gluconic acid solution of 10 percent is mixed with the thrombin solution at the rate of 1:1(v:v)(third step). The mixture obtained at the third step is dropped in the mixture obtained at the second step to form the platelet-rich plasma gel.
