SILK FIBROIN-GRAFT POLYMERIZED ULTRAFINE NYLON YARN AND PRODUCTION OF FABRIC AND KNITTING

PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled nylon fabric by fixing an acetic acid aqueous solution of N-methylol acrylamide to nylon, polyester monofilament, raw yarn or fabric and knitting, and dipping in an aqueous solution containing silk fibroin is provided. Whereby, the nylon yarn, fabric, and knitting improves durability and has excellent silk feeling, moisturizing property and gloss. CONSTITUTION: Nylon monofilament, nylon yarn, nylon fabric or nylon knitting is fixed with 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of an aqueous solution of acetic acid containing 10 to 50g/l bifunctional N-methyol acrylamide monomers of formula(I) and the product treated with the bifunctional N-methyol acrylamide is dipped in an aqueous dispersed liquid of silk fibroin powder or an aqueous solution containing 1 to 5% by weight of silk fibroin.
