摘要

PURPOSE: A method for measuring water contained in the mixed material and a method for mixing sintered materials using the water measuring method are provided to exactly measure water content of composite material while actively dealing with a change of layer height of composite material and improve productivity and strength of a furnace. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring water contained in the mixed material includes the steps of continuously exposing a prescribed amount of composite material to the surface, leveling composite material with a pressing roller(33) and measuring water content of composite material with a water meter(20). A method for mixing sintered materials using the water measuring method includes the steps of setting a target water content of composite material and obtaining relationship between an increased and decreased amount of water and an increased and decreased amount of injected water of composite material inside a mixer, measuring water content of composite material discharged from the mixer, comparing the water content with the target water content and calculating the increased and decreased amount of water, obtaining the increased and decreased amount of injected water using the relationship, and mixing composite material while compensating the increased and decreased amount of injected water.
