PURPOSE: A Ti-Ni-Mo shape memory alloy is provided which obtains a constant transformation temperature even if the annealing conditions are changed by adding Mo to Ti-Ni. CONSTITUTION: The Ti-Ni-Mo shape memory alloy comprises 48 to 52 at% of Ti, 48 to 52 at% of Ni and 2 at% or less of Mo. The Ti-Ni-Mo shape memory alloy is characterized in that the transformation temperature is constantly maintained by adding 2 at% or less of Mo to the basic constituents of Ti-Ni alloy to maintain R phase and increase stability in case of B2↔R↔B19 transformation, thereby effectively reducing the change of a martensite transformation initiation temperature and a reverse transformation finishing temperature according to the annealing temperature.
