METHOD FOR INTERLOCKING UNIFIED CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SUBSCRIBED TELEPHONE INSTALLATION AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for interlocking a unified customer management system and a subscribed telephone installation and management system is provided to implement the interlocking of the unified customer management system and the subscribed telephone installation and management system by using "SQL*Net". CONSTITUTION: The first and second interlocking interfaces are generated which has an interlocking user account, a password and database link information for interlocking a unified customer management system and a subscribed telephone installation and management system in the first step. Data are transmitted from the unified customer management system to the subscribed telephone installation and management system via the second interlocking interface in the second step. Data are transmitted from the subscribed telephone installation and management system to the unified customer management system via the first interlocking interface in the third step. A dynamic store procedure stored in the second interlocking interface is called to perform data retrieval in the fourth step.
