PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PREMATURE EJACULATION BY USING PURIFIED ESSENCE OF BUFONIS VENENUM

PURPOSE: The titled pharmaceutical composition containing a therapeutically effective amount of a purified essence of Bufonis venenum is provided, which is effective for prevention or treatment of dysspermia or the symptom of non-controlled ejaculation in male, due to premature ejaculation and/or hypersensitivity of sexual stimulation. CONSTITUTION: Bufonis venenum may be a purified essence of Bufonis venenum extracted by use of one or more organic solvents selected from a group consisting of ethyl acetate, dichloromethane or chloroform, and concentrated, and is purified and fractionated by use of silica gel column. The composition may be formulated in a pharmaceutically acceptable formulation of ointment, suspension, gel, spray, patch or solution.
