PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a polyester/poly (1,3-trimethylene) terephthalate blending yarn having excellent bulky property, touch, good texture and dichromatism, and being useful for an outer garment, a jacket and a suit for winter. CONSTITUTION: The polyester/poly(1,3-trimethylene) terephthalate blending yarn is obtained by air-confounding a poly(1,3-trimethylene) terephthalate yarn, a high shrinking polyester yarn and a low shrinking polyester yarn. The poly(1,3-trimethylene) terephthalate yarn has 120denier of fineness. The low shrinking polyester yarn has below 5% of non-water shrinking percentage and 50-100denier of fineness. The high shrinking polyester yarn has 30-50% of non-water shrinking percentage and below 50denier of fineness.
