PURPOSE: A system for educating and managing kindergarten pupils using the Internet network and an operation method thereof are provided to enable parents to accurately recognize what a child experiences and acts in a kindergarten by enabling the parents to connect to an operator computer through an Internet network, and to read contents of activity circumstances of the child. CONSTITUTION: A kindergarten pupils education management system includes a computer for kindergarten(100), one or more computers for home use(300), a computer for an operator(200). Each computer for the kindergarten(100), home use(300), the operator(200) is equipped with each web browser and web server through the Internet network. A life record software which records activity circumstances of kindergarten pupils is installed in each computer for the kindergarten(100). Activity circumstances of each kindergarten pupil are transmitted to the computer for the operator(200). The computer for the operator(200) is equipped with a database(250), and provides a personal page for a kindergarten pupil connected through a virtual homepage for each kindergarten(210). The computer for the operator(200) receives the activity circumstances of each kindergarten pupil transmitted from the computer for the kindergarten(100).
