PURPOSE: A cyber banking process and a payment system in an electronic commerce is provided to enable a seller to perform a charged service or sell commodities over the Internet, to enable a buyer to safely pay for the charged service or the commodities with a simple operation, and to enable a bank to reduce a management cost and safely operate the deposited fund. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of enabling a purchaser or a seller to access a cyber bank and open an account(1), the purchaser depositing money at a real bank A and notifying the cyber bank of the money deposit, and the bank A notifying the cyber bank of the money deposit(2), the purchaser buying the commodities or requesting the charged service offered by the seller(3), the purchaser requesting the payment for the commodities or the charged service to the cyber bank(4), the cyber bank transferring the money from the account of the purchaser to that of the seller, and notifying the money transfer to the seller(5), the seller delivering the commodities or offering the commodities or the service to the purchaser(6), the seller requesting a money transfer from the cyber bank account to the seller account of the real bank A or B(7), the purchaser requesting a money transfer from the cyber bank account to the purchaser account of the real bank A or B(8), the real bank A transferring the money to the buyer or the purchaser account of the bank A or B according to the request of the cyber bank(9,10), and the real bank A notifying the cyber bank of transaction specifications(11).
