PURPOSE: The method of reeling out cable for 765kv transmission line is provided to achieve a work stability by changing a connecting work at the top of the steel tower to connecting work at the ground. CONSTITUTION: The method divides the cabling work into three steps(a pulling cabling plan step, a drum area(200) and an engine area(400) searching step, a pulling cable and tensioned cable working step). The below seven steps is in the pulling cabling plan step. The first is to decide working area of more than C-type. The second is to standardize the length of the pulling cable 4-5KM according to working area conditions. The third is to decide that the times of block passing is about 10 times. The fourth is to reduce the length of pulling cabling section and the block passing times in case that many medium angle steel towers are in one section. The fifth is to decide the drum area(200) to be good at entrance and exit of many working equipments. The sixth is to decide that the width of the drum area(200) is more than 30Mx80M longitudinally and the length of the drum area(200) is more than 30M in front of tensioner(55). The last is to shorten the length of pulling cable section if many others like a 154KV or a 345KV transmission line, or an expressway are in the pulling cable section.
