PURPOSE: A vaccine-manufacturing process using disintegration and synthesis of prion protein for prevention of Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy(BSE, or mad cow disease) is provided, which proteolyzes the prion protein and re-synthesizes to the right structure. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of BSE vaccine comprises the steps of: gathering the germ solution from vesicle in oral cavity of the BSE-infected cow; separating vesicle solution by using centrifuge, extracting protein by electrolysis, adding hydrazine to the peptide of extracted protein, and heating to disintegrate the peptide into amino acid and hydrazide; synthesizing healthy prion protein by RNA; injecting the protein on the vesicle in oral cavity of cow, picking the vesicle solution in a lump of molten glass, and sealing; injecting BSE killed-germ solution into healthy cow, picking germ from vesicle formed in oral cavity of cow; repeating this five times, picking BSE killed-germ solution from the healthy cow, and injecting into non-BSE infected cow to prevent the BSE.
