System and Method of Free Internet Service

PURPOSE: A free Internet service system and method is provided to identify a using time of a designated site in order to provide a compensation to Internet users according to the using time, and watch an advertisement when the Internet users visit a no-designated site in order to provide the compensation to the Internet users. CONSTITUTION: A user management DB(151) stores simple personal information of Internet users and information such as site connection information. An advertisement file DB(152) is composed as one advertisement or more. A site DB(153) stores addresses of designated sites. A control unit(154) stores information inputted through terminals of the Internet users in the user management DB(151), transmits an advertisement file to a terminal of a user when the user visits an other site except for the designated site, and measures a visited time of the designated site.
