PURPOSE: A combined process of pyrolysis and oxidation of organic matter using supercritical water is provided, which can treat non-biodegradable organic matter (dioxin, PCB and organic solvent), liquid waste, high concentration leachate and livestock wastewater at a temperature lower than that of the existing process without emitting any secondary pollutants. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) feed an alkaline agent of NaOH or KOH from a waste liquid tank (A1) to an oxidation reactor (A13), a tubular reactor, by a waste liquid feed pump (A2) through a pyrolysis tank (A12) and a pretreatment tank; (ii) super heat the pyrolysis tank (A12) by steam generated with waste heat of the oxidation reactor (A13); (iii) feed oxygen vaporized from an oxygen vaporizer (A14) to the oxidation reactor (A13), the tubular oxidation reactor (A13) being operated at 400-560 deg.C and at 20-26 MPa; (iv) reduce the pressure of treated water through a decompression device (A8); and (v) separate gas/liquid at a liquid/gas separation tank (A9).
