A method for diagnosing of disease using membrane immunochromatographe and menstruation blood

PURPOSE: A method for self diagnosing diseases using katamenia is provided for a user to easily and rapidly diagnose several diseases without additional blood sampling process. CONSTITUTION: The method for self diagnosing diseases comprises the steps of: fixing the second antibody for the desired diseases onto a membrane strip; adhering a gold conjugate treated pad containing the first antigen or antibody; adhering a hemocyte removing pad to the front of the conjugate pad; sealing the membrane and the pad with specific pas or clothe to produce a self disease diagnosing-kit article; collecting katamenia using a sanitary napkin; passing only serum solution through the conjugate pad by removing hemocyte from the katamenia with the hemocyte removing pad; binding the first antigen or antibody with the components of the katamenia by the specific immunological binding reaction; binding the serum components with the second antibody on the membrane; forming bends at the position where the second antibody reacts with the serum components; and determining disease by analysing the bends.
