OPEN HINGE AND STRUCTURE FOR SETTING UP BULKHEAD BLOCK USING OPEN HINGE

PURPOSE: A bulkhead setup structure of a ship with an open hinge is provided to combine a bulkhead to a hinge and to conveniently release the bulkhead from the hinge. CONSTITUTION: An open hinge(10) comprises a pair of symmetry sidewalls(10a) by being separated to each other; a pin-placing unit(16) formed in the middle of the sidewall; and a guide slot(14) extended to the pin-placing unit from an opened side face. The guide slot is slanted at an angle of 40-50 degrees. Setup structure of the bulkhead contains the open hinge and the connect unit mounted on a side face of the bulkhead by having a through pin. The through pin is installed on the pin placing unit according to the guide slot and the open unit while the connect unit is inserted between the sidewall and the open hinge.
