METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A RAW MATERIAL FOR A PROTOTYPE AND THE RAW MATERIAL THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a raw material for a prototype is provided to manufacture a prototype which is easily processed, has sufficient strength and reduced weight, and is made of hollow powder and resin so that it does not absorb water, and the raw material manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a raw material for a prototype comprises the steps of preparing a predetermined amount of hollow powder consisting of ceramics, glass or resin and a predetermined amount of resin consisting of epoxy, polyethylene, polypropylene or polyester; mixing the resin and the hollow powder in a mixed material shape; emptying the mixed materials so as to remove gas bubbles formed between the hollow powder and the resin of the mixed material; forming the mixed materials in a predetermined shape; maintaining the predetermined shaped mixed material at a first predetermined constant temperature for a first predetermined period of time so as to cure the hollow powder and the resin and form the cured material into a crystal; additionally crystallizing the hollow powder and the resin so as to form the material to be processed, and heating the mixed material at a second predetermined temperature for a second predetermined period of time so as to integrally cure the material; removing the material; and finishing the material.
