PURPOSE: A method for managing and planning a cyber-cosmos, a cyber-world, a cyber-heaven, and a cyber-hell is provided to manage and plan a cyber-cosmos, a cyber-world, a cyber-heaven, and a cyber-hell in a cyberspace like a real space by using Internet. CONSTITUTION: A wire or a wireless communication device such as a PC, a TV, and a cellular phone is connected with Internet by using a domain registration method or an unused character, number, symbol, design, static image, dynamic image, voice, light, wind, temperature, water, fire, high frequency, low frequency, light wave, brain wave, soul wave, sensitivity, response, sense, energy, metal domain, physical domain connection method. A cosmos, an existing world, a creature world, a mental world, and a soul world are formed on a cyberspace. All processes including the past, the present, and the future of cosmos, earth, and mankind are simulated by using a cyber-world such the formed cosmos, the existing world, the creature world, the mental world, and the soul world.
