PURPOSE: A high molecule inserting object for a restraint type clash preventing artificial joint and an acetabular bone cup are provided to lengthen the life of the artificial joint and to release the pain of a patient by preventing the clash of the acetabular bone cup and the neck or going in gear with each other. CONSTITUTION: The high molecule inserting object for the restraint type clash preventing artificial joint and the acetabular bone cup are improved as a system, which is appropriate even to the life style of the Oriental races in the squatting position.
