CONSTITUTION: A plurality of intermediating markets are constructed in a web site of a service provider server through the Internet. Each partner collection market is linked thereto and business item contents are displayed only in a registered market by the manager. A partner selectively inputs a business participating intention in the registered business item and stores in a database. A movement toward the upper market or the lower market is decided in accordance with the number of partners registered each collecting market according to items.
