PURPOSE: A finite state model of a call segment for an SSF(Service Switching Function) in an intelligent network is provided to remove various inconsistencies generated in the finite state model of the call segment by adding various states and state transition conditions needed to a multi-party call process relation interaction to the finite state model of the call segment and expanding the intelligent network from a 2-party call and a multi-party call. CONSTITUTION: A waiting state for end of user interaction and instructions(21) waits instructions from an SCF(Service Control Function) in a state for maintaining the connection with an SRF(Specialized Resource Function), processes an event transmitted from a CCF(Call Control Function), and maintains a user interaction for processing a broadcasting reproduction, a user interaction selection, a prompt, and an INAP operation related to a forward connection release. A waiting state for end of temporary connect and instruction(22) waits instructions from the SCF in a state for maintaining a routing with an auxiliary SSP(Service Switching Function) or a direct IP, processes an event transmitted from the CCF, and processes the INAP operation related to the forward connection release. A waiting state for information(23) requests additional information to the CCF when a dialog with the SCR is not generated.
